Warranty Policy

Introduction

BotIQ Systems LLC warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase, unless otherwise stated in writing for a specific product.

This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

What This Warranty Covers

Under normal use and service, this warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Failures resulting from normal intended operation
  • Hardware components supplied directly by BotIQ

 

At our discretion, BotIQ will:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace the product with a new or refurbished equivalent
  • Provide a comparable replacement product if the original is no longer available

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discoloration)
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or improper installation
  • Damage caused by power surges, electrical issues, or environmental conditions
  • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations
  • Use outside of the product’s intended purpose or specifications
  • Software issues caused by third-party applications, integrations, or network environments
  • Products with removed, altered, or defaced serial numbers
  • Consumable items and accessories may have separate warranty terms.

Software & Firmware

Software, firmware, and embedded systems are provided “as is” unless otherwise stated. BotIQ does not warrant that software will be uninterrupted or error-free. Updates, patches, or configuration assistance may be provided at our discretion.

Installation & Third-Party Components

BotIQ is not responsible for issues arising from:

  • Improper installation
  • Third-party hardware, software, or services
  • Network or infrastructure limitations
  • Components sourced from third-party manufacturers are subject to their respective warranties.

Warranty Claim Process

Contact To initiate a warranty claim:

  • Contact BotIQ Support here
  • Provide proof of purchase
  • Provide a description of the issue and any requested diagnostic information

 

BotIQ may require the product to be returned for inspection. The customer is responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Shipping & Repairs

  • Repaired or replacement products will be returned using standard shipping
  • Expedited shipping may be available at additional cost
  • Repaired or replacement products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 30 days, whichever is longer

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BotIQ shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, revenue, or business
  • Downtime or operational disruptions

 

BotIQ’s total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

No Other Warranties

This Limited Warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by BotIQ. All other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

This Warranty Policy is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to This Policy

BotIQ reserves the right to update or modify this Warranty Policy at any time. The version posted on our website at the time of purchase will apply.
